Exceptionally great accommodation with a very nice hostess. The idea to serve the wonderful breakfast with a great selection of fruits and muesli, traditional breakfast or our own wishes at the big common dining table was a great idea. Room and bathroom were very tastefully designed and very comfortable. House and hostess are great!

The house is a bit hidden, but with the help of Google maps we found it. Very friendly landlady. The room was a bit small, but we could also stay in the winter garden in the evening. At breakfast we sat at the big table with the other guests. That was very entertaining.

Convenient location to nearby attractions. Easy access to Bath via train, and close to Bradford-on-Avon, a charming town with lovely walks along the river and canal. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the upstairs room had a delightful view over the woods. The surroundings were peaceful and the property had a beautiful garden.
Difficulty finding the location due to unreliable GPS directions and unpredictable street numbering. Some guests encountered narrow and challenging country lanes.
